Shipping
All orders are sent via express courier service (FedEx, DHL, TNT, ...). They require a physical
address and a phone number for every order. Shipping usually takes 2-4 business days in
transit.
USA / Europe : 2 to 4 business days.
Australia / Asia : 1 to 2 business days.
South America : 2 to 5 business days.
Africa / MIddle East : 2 to 4 business days.
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country and must be paid by you at the time of importation. You are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds or credits for items seized by customs or for the shipping costs. If you choose to abandon your package rather than pay customs duties, we will not issue a refund for your order. Shipments will not be released without a signature, so please be aware that you will need to either sign a door tag or sign for the package directly.
Tracking your order
You should receive a confirmation email that will tell you the scheduled delivery date and tracking number of your package. If you do not receive a confirmation within 2 business days of placing your order, please email Customer Service for tracking information.

We use an address verification service that requires the billing address you provide to be the same as the one on file for your credit or debit card. Please keep in mind that if you've moved within the last few years, your credit card company may have your old address on file for this service. We also require the CVV2 number from your card.
