All returns must be pre-notified. Prior to returning any defective or unwanted products please email customer@stormkimonos.com with Return or Exchange in the subject line; please include your order ID number, name and address and a brief explanation for the reason of your return.
All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund, exchange or credit.
For all orders, please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement or refund.
Please, obtain a tracking number from a shipping carrier when sending a return. We are not responsible for returns lost on the way to us.
When returning your package please include:
Order ID
A note telling us what the problem was.
A note stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another item.
Returning of malfunctioned or incorrectly shipped items
All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund or exchange.
Shipping charges will be refunded after we have received and verified the condition of the product for malfunction items.
Incorrect items won't be accepted if their packaging is open or item is used.
Items returned for malfunction exchange will be shipped out via Standard service at no extra charge.
